Antipholus of Ephesus

A founding member of Hubcity Theatre in 2007, Brad is thrilled to be sharing his passion for performance and entertaining audiences. Brad's love of the theatre was kindled during his years at Crandall University and cemented during his time studying Shakespeare and Drama while on academic exchange to Oxford University in 2004. While primarily having performed on the stage, Brad has also found success in the world of film. He starred in the feature-length horror anthology Tales from the Campfire and was a supporting actor in the critically acclaimed and award-nominated A Way to Go/Una Forma de Partir.

Dromio of Ephesus

Alexa Deighton is a proud maritimer born and raised in New Brunswick. But, she is currently based in Toronto as an in-coming third year acting student at University of Toronto and Sheridan College’s Theatre and Drama Studies joint program. Thankfully, she’s back for summer to enjoy the roller coaster of New Brunswick weather, and return for another show with Hubcity Theatre. She has played multiple roles with the company, such as: Romeo in Romeo and Juliet, and Lucius in Julius Caesar. This summer she is thrilled to whip out the floral shirt and take on Shakespeare’s timeless comedy.

Antipholus of Syracuse

How does one return to a play you've already been in? Another part to play, another night to play, sure. But to return... I suppose one could note it is not in error; but maybe it is. Error, much more in Shakespeare's time than ours, doesn't just mean mistake, but can also mean wandering, like an errant knight in quest of a holy icon or a fair maiden's favour. My character, Antipholus of Syracuse has spent much of his time seeking out family, wandering the world in search of them. Much time has passed since I played his brother, Antipholus of Ephesus, and taken part in that humorous yet joyful reunion. And I suppose this playful exchange is another joyful reunion between me and my former and current brother. But I remember my aunt Kathleen, who played Egeon in that production, ten years ago. And now I return, and she is gone. Her part, taken by another, talented actor. How does one return? Perhaps by noting that we must make mistakes to play our parts well, to find our true purpose, and further, that all that wander are not lost.

Dromio of Syracuse

Maika Branch is a theatre-lover and arts educator from Moncton, NB. An alumna of the School of Atlantic Ballet, Maika graduated from Mount Allison University in May 2025 with a double major in Drama and English Literature. During this time, she participated in many shows through the Motyer-Fancy theatre and local theatre organizations, including musicals, comedies, dramas, and design-led pieces. Discovering a passion for playwriting, she worked for several years with PARC (the Playwrights Atlantic Resource Centre) and has collaborated with Festival by the Marsh, Live Bait Theatre, and Ships Company Theatre. This is her first time performing with Hubcity Theatre and she is delighted to share spacetime with this terrifically talented team.

Luce (Nell)

Scarlett is a performer from Riverview who has recently performed in shows such as Closer, Bringin Back Broadway, Cosi Fan Tutte, Julius Caesar, Die fledermaus, and A Midsummer Night’s Dream. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Music with an honors in vocal performance from the University of Western Ontario. Scarlett is excited to be back in the park and hopes you enjoy the show.

Messenger / Dr. Pinch

A Comedy of Errors is Rowan’s fifth consecutive Shakespeare in the park production with Hubcity Theatre, and he is incredibly excited to yet again be performing in one of their shows. Ever since he was young, he’s had a love for theatre, having been in multiple shows every year of his life since 2015. Rowan has taken part in many different theatre productions, such as most recently, in Harrison Trimble’s student written school play, Lawson & Chimble.  Enjoy the show!

Egeon

Myles is thrilled to be back on the grass for Shakespeare in the Park. You may have seen him performing around Moncton recently in Hideaway Cabaret, Bringing Back Broadway, Little Shop of Horrors, and August: Osage County. He'd like to thank his parents, friends, and the the wonderful organization of Hubcity Theatre for all of their support. Enjoy the show!

Angelo

Mika is excited to be back in the park acting alongside so many talented goofballs again this year. Some previous credits include Measure for Measure (with Bard in the Barracks), As You Like It (with Theatre Saint Thomas), and Merry Wives of Windsor, Romeo and Juliet, and Midsummer Night’s Dream (with Hubcity Theatre). Hope everyone has as much of a blast watching the play as we have had being in it.

Balthasar

Clara-Jean has loved being on stage from a young age. She has performed in multiple musicals through her childhood and now about to start her 3rd year of university she has performed most recently in Crandall’s production of Pride and Prejudice as well as The Real Sherlock Holmes! The Comedy of Errors is her first performance with Hubcity and she can’t wait to see you all there!

Courtesan

Moncton-native, Gabi grew up in the wings of theatres and live events. With a BA in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics with a minor in Drama, from Mount Allison University, and an MA in Communications from Simon Fraser University, Gabi brings a unique and broad scope to all her projects. Most recently, Gabi played in Hubcity's August: Osage County as the lovingly hatable Karen, stage managed Satellite Théâtre’s 2024 production of Hippocampe, and is currently working as Artistic Coordinator in the French-Acadian cinema industry.

Lady Abbess (Emilia)

Kerri is thrilled to be joining Hubcity for her first Shakespeare in the Park after her last appearance with Hubcity in Miracle on 34th Street. A longtime fan of the Bard, she loves the poetry, humour, and heart in these stories—and how community theatre brings them to life in a way that’s fun, welcoming, and accessible for everyone. With past performance roles ranging from classical works to contemporary comedies and musicals, each experience has deepened her love of storytelling and the unique connection that happens between actors and audiences. Kerri is grateful to be back on stage and to be part of a community that celebrates creativity, collaboration, and live theatre. She hopes you enjoy the show as much as she’s enjoyed being a part of it!

Luciana

Suava Hoffman is a multidisciplinary artist and performer who discovered her love for the performing arts at a young age when she first encountered her favourite musical and movie, Mamma Mia!. She has recently nurtured her passion for the stage through acting in Crandall Theatre's productions The Real Sherlock Holmes, Pride and Prejudice, Shake it Off!, and Tinkerbell; dancing and choreographing with Crandall Dance Team; and putting on impromptu karaoke performances in her living room with her friends. This is her first Hubcity Theatre production, and she is thrilled to join the Shakespeare in the Park team!

Adriana

“Why should their liberty than ours be more?” A feminist after her own heart, Nadyne Kuhn (she/her) is thrilled to be back performing Shakespeare and honoured to play Adriana alongside such a talented group of people. She enjoys working both on and off the stage, and has been both stage manager and assistant stage manager for Hubcity Theatre’s productions of As You Like It and Jesus Christ Superstar respectively. Her most recent acting credits with Hubcity Theatre were playing Mrs. White in Clue on Stage and Helena in A Midsummer Night’s Dream. She also performed in Festival by the Marsh’s Romeo and Juliet, and was in Teagan Anderson-Leger’s award-nominated short film No Straws. Nadyne extends a special thank you to Hubcity Theatre, Samuel Grove, her friends, and her wonderful family for their support.

Gray doesn’t understand Shakespearean English, but is ready to try his best. He played the cat in Macbeth once and calls this a downgrade.

First/Second Merchant

India Miller-Bidwell is so excited to make her Shakespearean debut in The Comedy of Errors, as First and Second Merchant. Previously, she has graced the stage at Crandall University, in their productions of The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe (2017), Peter and the Starcatcher (2018), and, as a proud alum in Pride and Prejudice (2025). By day she is a receptionist, and by night, she is home, in her PJ’s, as any respectable 20-something should be. India is thrilled to take her love of old literature to the stage once again. Her other favourite works by The Bard include Romeo and Juliet, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, and Much Ado About Nothing. She wants to thank all of her closest friends who were so encouraging of her to try out for community theatre for the first time, and constantly asking if she had “gotten the email yet.” She hopes you all laugh at this show as much as the cast did creating it!

In 2020, Jake graduated from Mount Allison University with a minor in Drama Studies. Over the years he worked on a range of shows both on- and off-stage working in lighting design & operation, stage management and acting. His experience in Moncton includes a starring role in Roundhouse’s Curious Incident of the Dog in the Nighttime in 2019 and 2024’s Stupid Fucking Bird, working behind-the-scenes as a Stage Manager for 2024’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream and as a Lighting Designer in 2025’s Clue. Jake hopes you enjoy what we’ve prepared for you tonight!
